A personal object, on clear terms.

These terms summarize design, approval, payment, and manufacturing for Wisad commissions in Saudi Arabia.

The product

Wisad currently offers made-to-order full-body Figurines. The result is an intentional artistic interpretation, not a photorealistic replica. Size, color, and detail may include small, normal manufacturing variations.

Photos and rights

You must have the right to use submitted photos, artwork, and ideas and obtain the subject's consent where appropriate. You may not upload unlawful material or content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or another person's rights.

The prototype

Each design includes one free prototype. If you do not approve it, a SAR 25 design deposit unlocks up to two additional attempts. The deposit is credited to the product price and becomes non-refundable after a successful additional prototype is delivered, unless the platform or provider fails to deliver.

Approval and payment

Figurine prices are SAR 599 for 9 cm, SAR 799 for 11 cm, and SAR 999 for 13 cm. Prices include VAT and standard Saudi delivery. Your selected size and price are locked when the design session begins. Approval accepts the artistic direction, not technical manufacturing decisions. We begin no paid 3D build or manufacturing until the payment provider authoritatively confirms full payment.

Manufacturing and delivery

We review printability and files before supplier submission. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees when a supplier or carrier is delayed, but we surface meaningful updates and handle recorded exceptions.

Changes and cancellation

You may request changes within your available attempts before approval. Once you approve and the build or manufacturing begins, cancellation or design changes may not be possible because the item is made to order.

Defects and remakes

If the item arrives damaged or has a material manufacturing defect, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. We will review the record and may resolve it with a remake or appropriate refund depending on the cause, order state, and applicable consumer rights.
