Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing wisad.co or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you use Wisad on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

Wisad provides automated marketing video generation from business sources you supply. We may update templates, features, and infrastructure without notice. Beta features may change or be withdrawn.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• Only submit URLs and assets you have the right to use in marketing.
• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Do not resell Wisad outputs as a white-label rendering service without written agreement.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are listed in SAR and may change with 30 days notice. Video credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Refunds

Because Wisad delivers digital goods immediately upon render, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If a render fails due to a platform error, we will restore the credit or re-render at no charge.

6. Content ownership

You own videos generated from your business data. Wisad owns the platform, templates, software, and underlying technology. You grant Wisad a license to process your inputs solely to provide the service.

7. Outreach preview pages

Wisad may generate private preview pages for prospecting. If you claim a preview, you confirm the business information is yours or that you are authorized to manage it. Unclaimed previews may expire or be removed.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Wisad is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, platform algorithm performance, or uninterrupted rendering. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim, except where prohibited by law.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime from billing settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose abuse risk. Upon termination, access to credits and hosted videos may end per your plan terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Riyadh unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
