Yes. You receive one free design preview to review the idea and visual direction before paying for an order. The preview is a visual concept, not the final 3D model. Detailed 3D preparation and manufacturing begin only after your approval and full payment.

A SAR 25 design deposit unlocks two additional previews. If you approve one and order the figurine, the full deposit is credited toward the order price.

Upload up to four clear photos or drawings. For a person or pet, multiple angles and good lighting help show features, colors, and identifying details.

The 9 cm Mini is SAR 599, the 11 cm Classic is SAR 799, and the 13 cm Large is SAR 999. Prices include VAT and standard Saudi delivery, and any SAR 25 design deposit is credited toward the final price.

Start with a photo of a person, couple, or pet; original artwork or a character; or a description of an object for your space. Some ideas may need adjustment before they can be manufactured as a stable physical piece.

We use uploads only to fulfill your order and keep them in private storage. We do not use them for marketing without separate, explicit consent. Our default operational policy deletes source photos 30 days after delivery unless support, remake, or legal obligations apply.

We confirm the production and delivery estimate with your order because timing depends on design review, manufacturing, and shipping. Your order page shows each meaningful milestone and any exception.
